Cauliflower Curry

I found one of my “old” blogs. Here’s a recipe I forgot about. I only made this a few times and didn’t take notes along the way so if you want to try this you’ll be forced to experiment.

Cauliflower Curry

Almost 1 head of cauliflower

1 can tomato sauce

1 can diced tomatos

As many Golden Curry blocks as you can stand

Half a can of coconut milk

Some parsley

Some cilantro

Combine all the things and some water if needed and cook until cauliflower reaches desired tenderness. Serve on top of rice. Could also be good in a bread bowl.

you know how you pause something and you unintentionally get a funny or cool shot? its also fun to try to get cool shots on purpose but less serendipitous. I’ve been wanting to collect such shots for awhile but I just now have the dang capability.

first up is an admittedly intentional shot from an excellent movie called Troubled Waters. The movie was quite good. This scene was striking and quite self reflective for me right now (pun unintended):

and then we have I Am a Cyborg, but That’s OK. It is a requirement that you watch it. It is cute, fun and quirky. This shot was from the beginning. Somewhat intentional:
